Gender Edu

Welcome!

Welcome to Gender Edu, a website built to inspire learning and acceptance.

There is so much out there (both good and bad) and trying to find a place to start or continue learning is HARD. Gender Edu is designed as a community pit stop where everyone – and we mean everyone can learn, share, laugh, and love.

What Do We Have?

On this site you will find some original content written by the main author of the site (you’ll meet them later), some community content that has been sent in, interviews with some lovely folks, and a whole lot of links to external content. We hope that through exploring the many regions of this site, you are inspired to learn more and do your own research, then implement some of those learnings in your real life through acceptance or your own identity.

Welcome aboard, we’re excited to have you and hope that you’ll enjoy your time here.

This is a

Community.

Welcome

US Adults identified as LGBT in 2016

THAT’S A LOT.

That’s about 4.1% of all US Adults. Here’s what’s important to remember: This is how many adults openly identify as LGBT, not how many there actually are. A lot of stats will say these numbers as definites, but think about the people in the closet, or just not participating in this survey.
